The apt complex I live at has Food truck Thursday's, and today was Val's Jerk Pan! So excited to try the food because of reading such rave reviews online. Jerk chicken is DELICIOUS, and I asked the fellow at the window which he preferred Goat or chicken curry. He suggested Goat, and I was not disappointed! Both dishes full of flavor! Rice and beans, and the side of [steamed/sauteed?] Cabbage definitely added to the flavor profiles. Keep up the great work guys, thank you for great food and great service! 7/25/24 🧡
