a year agoFood truck came to apartments today and OMG!!!!! The jerk chicken was absolutely delicious. I will definitely seek this food truck out from now on!

a year agoGot a chance to try Val’s Pan Jerk food truck tonight! Everything was excellent from the BOMB cabbage to the delicious jerk shrimp. I promise you will be more than satisfied, thanks Val!

a year agoThe apt complex I live at has Food truck Thursday's, and today was Val's Jerk Pan! So excited to try the food because of reading such rave reviews online. Jerk chicken is DELICIOUS, and I asked the fellow at the window which he preferred Goat or chicken curry. He suggested Goat, and I was not disappointed! Both dishes full of flavor! Rice and beans, and the side of [steamed/sauteed?] Cabbage definitely added to the flavor profiles. Keep up the great work guys, thank you for great food and great service! 7/25/24 🧡

2 years agoFollow them on Instagram to find out when and where to find them. They're mobile and don't have a set schedule. After speaking with the owner on the phone, I feel positive that I will love the food when I finally catch them open. He said they use Scotch Bonnet peppers as well as other imported ingredients for true authentic island flavor! The owner seems very cool to talk to and answer questions over the phone. I'll update my comments once I get a chance to visit.
